Our 2025 Chelsea ‘All About Plants’ entry, created with Transform Housing and Support, celebrated the healing power of nature and community.

Inspired by the rolling Surrey Hills, the garden was designed as a calm, immersive sanctuary. We made it to the final round—so close! Maybe next year.
